Copan – The Mayan World (1 day)

2 hours from San Pedro Sula we arrive to the Famous archeological site. It was the capital city of a major Classic period kingdom from the 5th to 9th centuries AD.  Copán had an occupational history that spanned more than two thousand years, from the Early Preclassic period right through to thePostclassic. The city developed a distinctive sculptural style within the tradition of the lowland Maya, perhaps to emphasize the Maya ethnicity of the city’s rulers.

After visiting the Mayan Ruins we head to the quite and traditional town of Copan. It´s here where we have lunch at ¨Casa del todo¨ and some natural fruit drinks. The town is preserve to have a natural and colonial look, you can sense the smell of its famous coffee  while walking around.  The tour doesn´t end here, you have the option to add to your tour any of the activities below.

Tela – Coastal City Wonders (1 day)

Leaving from San Pedro Sula early in the morning to be at the coastal city of Tela by 8am. Here we take a boat tour of 45 to 50 minutes to exotic beaches of Punta Sal National Park.  Different hikes that comunicate  isolated beaches where you can snorkle at the crystal clear waters or relax at the white sands while watching the biodiversity of the manglars gives you a peak of what a real paradise this place is. The first walk starts by arriving to Puerto Escondido and then it takes you to Puerto Caribe where the boat will be waiting for you for the last stop, Cocalito Beach.
